The Company originally incorporated as Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Private Limited on April 09, 2008. On 31st July, 2008, the Company has converted into public limited company and consequent to conversion into public limited company name of the Company was changed to Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Limited. The Corporate Identity Number is U24114GJ2008PLC053537. The registered office of the Company Located at 7th Floor Hasubhai Chambers, Opp. Town Hall, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad- 380 006.

Kiri Industries Limited (KIL) and Well Prospering Limited (WPL), wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co. Limited, China, entered into a joint venture on 24th May, 2008 to form Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Limited (LKCIL) to manufacture various types of dyes with an installed capacity of 50,000 MTPA in India. KIL holding 40% stake and WPL holding 60% stake in the Company.

The manufacturing facilities of the Company located at Plot No. 498, 500, 545, 577/B, 584/B, 585 to 589, Village: Dudhwada – 391450, Tal: Padra, Dist: Vadodara Padra, and it enjoys an Export Oriented Unit (“EOU”) status. Our Company has provided a unique opportunity to set up one of India’s largest dye manufacturing facility, which was inaugurated on 19th July, 2009, by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Narendrabhai Modi in presence of Mr. Pravin Kiri, Chairman of KIL and Mr. Ruan Wexing, Chairman of Lonsen Group.
